Office of the Regional Director

Ensures the coordinated implementation of fishery programs and projects as well as the strict enforcement of fishery laws at a regional and provincial level.

DIVISIONS

Fisheries Management, Regulatory and Enforcement Division

Act as the regulatory and enforcement body in the regional offices to handle inspection and quarantine functions and MCS (monitoring, control and surveillance) duties.

Fisheries Production and Support Services Division

Oversees activities pertaining to production, post-harvest/marketing, and laboratory procedures.

Regional Fisheries Training and Fisherfolk Coordination Division

Facilitates the conduct of training/seminar, technical support and extension services to fisherfolk, private entities and LGUs. Leads in the preparation and implementation of the Comprehensive National FARMC Implementation Plan.
